What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes. In some cases, we may be able to cancel the order if it has not yet been packed or shipped. Please contact us at support@saveacup.com as soon as possible for assistance.

Shipping questions

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or international destinations.

How long will it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or due to high volumes.

How long does shipping take?

Standard Ground shipping usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location. All orders ship from Southern California. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $99. Orders under $99 ship at a flat rate of $12.95. Shipping rates are automatically applied at checkout.

What happens if my order is lost in transit?

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can file a claim and reach out to the shipping carrier on your behalf. Once confirmed lost, we will reship your order.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your tumbler is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you have 30 days from delivery to report the issue. Contact us at support@saveacup.com with your order number, photos, and a description, and we’ll make it right.

How do I start a return?

Contact us at support@saveacup.com to request a return. If approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions. Please note that items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 7 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the funds.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Custom products (such as UV DTF stickers, custom print orders, or personalized items) are non-returnable.

Custom Orders

Can I order custom printing on cups?

Yes! We offer UV DTF, screen printing, and laser engraving. Custom orders are placed manually — to get started, visit our Custom Orders page › and submit the form. A team member will get back to you with more details.

What is the minimum order for custom printing?

Order minimums vary by print method: UV DTF and laser engraving start at 24 pieces, while screen printing starts at 48 pieces.

How long do custom orders take?

Custom orders take 7–10 business days for production after proof approval, plus additional time for shipping. If you need your order in hand by a specific date, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

DIY Bundle Kits

What are DIY Bundle Kits?

DIY Bundle Kits include both tumblers and UV DTF transfers, so you can apply the designs at home. For more details and answers to common questions, visit our DIY Bundle Kits page ›.

Are DIY Bundle Kits returnable?

DIY Bundle Kits are considered custom items and are non-returnable. Please note that UV DTF decals should be applied carefully and at your own risk, as we cannot accept returns once decals have been applied.
