Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please note: All returns must be made by the full case. Partial case returns are not eligible.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the original purchase price and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues  

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

We accept damage or defect claims within 30 days of delivery.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as UV DTF stickers, custom print orders, or personalized items). If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out to us.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. 

Refunds 

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 7 business days. If approved, your refund will then be issued to your original payment method.
