Shipping policy
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 3–4 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to high order volumes. You will be notified if there is a significant delay.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. boxes, or international destinations at this time.
Shipping Times
You can select your preferred shipping speed at checkout. Standard Ground shipping typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location. All orders ship from Southern California. Please note, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99. For orders under $99, a flat rate of $12.95 applies. Shipping rates are automatically calculated and applied at checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, but we will do our best to accommodate requests if your order has not yet shipped. Please contact us at support@saveacup.com as soon as possible for assistance.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can file a lost package claim on your behalf. If our team confirms the package is lost, we will reship your order. If your order arrives damaged, please email support@saveacup.com within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damage, your order number, and a description of the issue.
Returns
