How do I place a custom order?
Just fill out the form above to get started! Within 1–2 business days, a Custom Print Specialist will reach out with your quote and mockup. Once approved, they’ll manually process your order to ensure everything is just right.
What artwork file types do you accept?
We require vector files for screen printing and laser engraving (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, or high-res PDF). For UV DTF, transparent PNG or SVG files are also acceptable.
If you’re unable to upload your file, no problem — you can email it to support@saveacup.com or leave us a note in the box below if you don’t have the final artwork yet. Just be sure all files are print-ready before we can proceed.
What are the processing and shipping times?
Production begins after proof approval and payment. Orders typically take around 7-10 business days to produce, plus 3–5 business days for delivery.
